Britney Spears secret Liposuction Exposed!

Britney Spears has paid $12,000 for a top-secret liposuction session to trim her hips, thighs and tummy - as well as recently getting collagen in her lips according to reports in the US.

The singer allegedly sneaked off to Nevada with her cousin Ali Sims at the weekend in a frantic bid to get her pre-baby body back.

It has emerged that two Beverly Hills psychologists are treating the troubled pop star. Her mother Lynne Spears, who recently reconciled with her daughter, hired professionals to counsel her because she fears Britney is on the brink of a total breakdown.

They are trying to help Britney work through her issues, which seem to be growing by the day," a friend of the star told an American newspaper. Britney has reportedly already had three long sessions with the team since last week

Meanwhile, chubby rocker Beth Ditto has offered support to the troubled star and reckons she should never have had her kids taken away.

She said: “People fail to see that regional culture is a massive part of a person’s experience.

“She is just trash. And when I say trash, I mean that in the most positive way, as in, I was trash, too.”
